Where We Ship

GreenWorkStore plans to serve customers in the contiguous 48 United States from our U.S. warehouse at 1477 E Cedar St, Ontario, CA 91761. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and destinations outside the contiguous United States is not currently offered.

Shipping Charges

We are working toward free standard shipping for eligible orders within the contiguous 48 states. This offer is not yet active while carrier rates and battery-shipping requirements are being confirmed. Any applicable shipping charge must be clearly displayed before an order is placed.

Processing and Transit Time

Order-processing and estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout or in the order confirmation when verified. We do not currently promise a fixed number of business days for handling or delivery. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, product availability, weather conditions, and carrier restrictions.

Preorders and Delays

If an item is offered for preorder, its estimated shipping date will be stated before purchase and recorded with the order. If we cannot ship by the promised date, we will communicate the delay and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised date or canceling for a full refund.

Tracking and Battery Shipping

When a shipment is dispatched, we will provide tracking details when available. Lithium battery-powered equipment may require compliant ground shipping and special packaging.
