Preorder Policy

How Preorders Work

When preorder checkout is enabled, a preorder is charged in full at the time the order is placed. The estimated shipment date is displayed before checkout. The date confirmed with your order is recorded for reference; changing a general website date does not automatically change an existing order’s promised shipment date.

Cancel Before Shipment

Contact service@prosynthchem.com with your order number to request cancellation before shipment. An eligible unshipped preorder may be canceled for a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Delays

We aim to ship by the date promised at purchase. If shipment is delayed, we will provide notice of the revised estimate and handle customer consent, cancellation, and refund rights as required by U.S. law. Where affirmative agreement to a delay is required, silence will not be treated as consent.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, subject to applicable law.
