30-Day Return Window

GreenWorkStore accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. To begin, email service@prosynthchem.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

For change-of-mind returns, items should be in good condition and returned with the included batteries, charger, and other supplied components, subject to reasonable inspection and applicable consumer rights. Do not mail an item without first receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping charges. If we delivered the wrong product, or the product arrived damaged or defective, GreenWorkStore will cover appropriate return-shipping costs or arrange another remedy as required by law.

Refunds

After we receive and review an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome and initiate any approved refund to the original payment method promptly. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Legal rights and statutory refund deadlines continue to apply.

Preorder Cancellations

Eligible preorders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If we cannot ship within a promised period, any cancellation and refund options required by law will apply regardless of this general return window.

Lithium Battery Safety

Do not send swollen, damaged, leaking, overheating, or recalled lithium batteries using ordinary return postage. Contact us for safe return or disposal directions.
